Normal tissue repair has difficulty to have a life quality and survival of patients. If our body’s repair capacity is impaired or overwhelmed which in turn leads to chronic and fibrotic healing. One of the applications of regenerative medicine is replacement of injured or aged tissues into functional tissues which is our natural repair program of our body. e.g., immune, inflammatory, and fibrotic responses. But still the mystery in regenerative medicine is the comparison of humans during evolution and whereas lower organisms which can regenerate whole organs.
